Search Online Forums


Basic query: separate your search terms with spaces.

Advanced query: Join words with AND, OR and NOT to control you search in more detail.
Add asterisks (*) to use wild cards in your search (*print* matches PhotoPrinter etc.)

  • problem description along with the actions being taken before the problem occurred;
  • product name, version and build number;
  • your operating system version (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003) and service packs if any;
  • your product registration key.
